Pakistan International School (Azizia) Jeddah (PISJ) was founded in 1959 as Pakistan Embassy School to meet the educational needs of the children of Pakistan Embassy and Consulate Staff. It has grown into celebrated institution of great repute and provides educational facilities to all Pakistanis living in and around Jeddah and Makkah al Mukarramah. It also welcomes student of other nationalities to benefit from the wide range of opportunities offered by the school.

The school is equipped with air-conditioned Class Rooms, an Auditorium, two Libraries-cum-reading Rooms, five Science Labs, Home Economics Lab, a Fine Art Room, two Language Labs, two Computer Labs, two Faculty Lounges, a Clinic, a Bookshop and five Cafeterias.

The School seeks to provide educational experience and opportunities that assist the Students in developing an intergrated pattern of competence, intellectual curiousity and socical responsibility. Initially the school was housed in two buildings in Al-Baghdadia District. It accommodated a large number of students in two shifts a day. With the rapid increase in the number of students, the need for a new building was felt. In order to fullfill this requirement, the new school building was constructed in 1984, with the facility of 135 classrooms in two separate wings for boys and girls.
